Meredith Morse

Meredith Morse is currently the director of Sales at a local Asheville hotel. With more than twenty years in hospitality she was looking for an opportunity that supported remote work. When she was approached by a close friend with an opportunity to partner in a IT consulting firm, it seemed like just that opportunity. The experience of learning the frameworks of software engineering, the concept of agile work and software craftsmanship, and enterprise design thinking exposed her to the continuous learning requirements of IT. That experience identified the need for the Agile Learning Institute. Meredith is very excited to help introduce the world of IT to historically underrepresented communities with a one-on-one style of coaching mentorship. She is passionate about helping mothers and other women find a rewarding 2nd act. She loves the IT industries embrace of remote work that values craftsmanship over office politics. Meredith is currently serving as a volunteer in her CEO and CFO roles, while also serving on the board of directors.
