Mentor Certification
All of our mentors are certified EngineerKit Coaching Mentors, and additional training specific to the people you will serve. Training costs are covered by the institute, but mentors are expected to donate the time for this enablement, which is roughly 20hrs over 3 consecutive days.

Get Matched
Once you have completed your training and certification we will work together to build a profile of the people you are most interested in serving, and brainstorm on how to reach those people to get them enrolled and matched with you.

Grow Engineers
Agile mentorship means that you will adjust your coaching style and cadence, as well as the learning resources you use to meet the needs of the engineer(s) you are coaching. We have a broad range of curriculum resources that you can draw from, as well as our partnership with Enok for the use of EngineerKit to help you grow T-Shaped engineers.
How much are mentors paid?
At this time we are a 100% volunteer organization. Our roadmap envisions paying a small stipend to mentors when our financial condition allows..
