Mission
Agile Learning Institute’s mission is to provide free mentorship and one-on-one coaching services to support software engineers. We meet you where you are and accelerate your success. We work with partners to serve people who are not well supported by existing educational options. We also support an open Engineering Guild, that provides lifelong learning and peer support services to our members.
Agile learning Institute is non-profit focused on preparing underrepresented individuals for a successful career in software engineering. We use a one-on-one coaching and mentorship based approach to life long learning. We offer Mentorship coaching services for two 8-week curriculums that take someone from an Apprentice Candidate who is interested in the field but has no experience or exposure, and for the Apprentice who knows the basics of coding but needs to understand a wider breadth of topics to be a well rounded Resident engineer.
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference. Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.
